This shoot was to captivate the essence of social activist and scholar, Blake Stoner. He is an
Atlanta native whose passion for social change is innate. His grandfather, a Freedom Rider,
instilled the fight to help marginalized and oppressed people from an early age. During his
journey at Morehouse that passion became deeply rooted after his visit to Ferguson,
Missouri after the death of unarmed teen, Mike Brown. He created a start up company
called Vngle. It is a platform used to engage and connect communities from
around the world. Giving people a sense of awareness and consciousness of the world
around them. After graduating from Morehouse in May of 2017, Blake received a full
scholarship to Columbia University and is currently working on launching the "Where Are
We Now Campaign, by the middle of January 2018.
